Happy new year wishseekers! It's amazing how fast the time goes and the species has really grown over the years. Since it's the first day of the new year I wanted to start off with something big! This is a thought I've had for a while, but I wanted to have a proper NPC wishwing that can be used to participate in events for those who don't have a wishwing or just want something simple to draw. There are plenty of generous volunteers who kindly offer to let others draw their wishwings for events, but I wanted to have a wishwing specifically for drawing purposes and without worry of messing up someone's character. I have decided to create a tutorial on how to make scatter brushes for PaintTool SAI 2, since more and more people are using it, but there are hardly any scatter brushes or tutorials out there.
